Created in 1988 within Japan's KDD group (now KDDI), Telehouse is one of the oldest brands in global colocation. In London as in Paris, its historic sites became interconnection hearts used by the whole market.
The story in short
Telehouse was born in 1988 to host financial-market IT, and opened its London Docklands site in 1990 — one of Europe's first neutral data centers, later the anchor of the LINX. The recipe repeated in Paris: over the years, the Telehouse sites of the 11th arrondissement came to host a remarkable share of French peering.
