What it costs, before anything else
Claiming your listing and keeping it current is free, with no subscription and no entry fee. We take 3 % of the contract, and only if a customer signs with you through us. No signature, no invoice. An optional subscription exists for visibility, described below, and it changes nothing else.

What your listing says about you today
It is published in nine languages and indexed by Google. We show you the queries it ranks on and last month's visit count. Where your rates are missing, we display a market estimate, flagged as such, positioned from your site's verifiable signals. Your real figures replace it the moment you enter them.
Today, your prospects call us
When a company takes an interest in your building, the enquiry lands with us. We qualify it, then we phone you. Once the listing is yours, it reaches you directly: the requirement is already quantified by our tools, rack count, power, budget, deadline. You receive a case file, not an email address.
Three things only you can correct
As long as they are missing, the page shows a market estimate. It is honest, it is published with its method, and it is not yours.
A buyer looking for a quarter rack can filter on what is free right now. Without word from you, your site drops out of that filter.
We display only the presences read from public registries, and we say so. Carriers connected without appearing there stay invisible, although they are part of your value.
The subscription, and what it does not do
For €99 a month, your listing moves to the top of comparisons under a “Sponsored” label, limited to two slots. Beyond those, the order stays on merit and money changes nothing: it is written into our public method. Fourteen days' trial, then €89.10 over three months, €79.20 over six, €69.30 over twelve. Cancellable before each term.
Three projects, and no promised date
Private offers, visible only to the prospect you send them to, so your price list stays unexposed. A bridge between companies hosted with you, who today do not know each other. A tracker for cache servers, whose access conditions are public but scattered. None of this is billed, and we give no date we would not keep.
